2024 Danforth Ridge Pinot Noir

$45

VQA Prince Edward County

Red fruit, smoky spice, fresh herbs and earthy notes open on the nose. The palate offers red cherry, forest floor and dried florals, balanced by delicate acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long, with depth and bright red cherry notes.

Sourced entirely from the Danforth Ridge vineyard. Destemmed without crushing and cold soaked for 3–5 days. Fermented in 60 hL wooden fermenters, with 100% malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged for 18 months in seasoned French oak.

Food Pairing: The savoury character of this Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with cured meats, soft cheeses, grilled sausages, and bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin.
