White tree fruit appears on the nose, with florals, spice and beautiful nuances of wet stone. The palate is dense, showing white fruit and nutty tones, balanced by bright acidity. A complex, persistent finish carries the fruit and nutty notes, framed with County elegance.
Sourced entirely from our estate. 100% Churchside Chardonnay. Whole cluster pressed. Fermented 100% in barrel, 10% new (500L/125L). Malolactic fermentation took place in barrel, with partial completion.
