Stone fruit, floral tones, citrus peel, and County limestone jump from the glass. The mouth shows ripe, round fruit, fresh white flowers, and a hint of salinity. The finish is refreshing with focused fruit, persistent acid, and an excellent finish.
Sourced entirely from Sangreal Estate Vineyard in Hillier. Whole cluster cold pressed then cool fermented in 100% stainless steel for 10 days at 14 C. Age 90 days on lees with partial malolactic fermentation.
Serve with roasted chicken, seared rainbow trout, or seafood dishes.
