Caramel, spice, and pralines jump from the glass. Florals, candied citrus peel, and flinty limestone appear as you swirl. The palate is dense, showing rich fruit and spice with great acidity and balance. Complex palate showing fruit, spice, and barrel tones. All framed in typical County elegance, ending with a very long, persistent finish.

Sourced entirely from our Churchside estate vineyard. Whole cluster pressed then 100% barrel fermented in 20% new oak, 80% seasoned. 100% malolactic fermentation in barrel.

Serve with mushroom strudel, grilled shrimp or lobster with drawn butter, or scalloped root vegetables au gratin with Comté.
