If you’re looking to slow down and really get to know our wines, we recommend joining us in our old barrel cellar.
This space has recently been renovated and offers a more intimate, seated tasting experience.
Here, we guide you through a curated flight of our current wines, sharing the story of Closson Chase, our vineyards, and what makes Prince Edward County such a unique place to grow Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
It’s a great choice if you’d like a more focused, conversational experience, whether it’s your first visit or you’re returning to explore something new.

If you’re looking for something more relaxed, we recommend spending time in the garden.
Here, you can enjoy our wines by the glass, share a tasting flight, and order a selection of small plates designed to complement the wines. It’s an easy, unhurried way to experience Closson Chase, whether you’re stopping in for a quick visit or settling in for the afternoon.
The garden is ideal if you’d like a more casual experience, with the flexibility to explore at your own pace.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and our team will be there to guide you through the wines and menu.

Group Bookings
If you’re planning to visit with a group, we’d love to host you in a more dedicated setting.
For groups of 7 or more, we recommend booking in advance so we can prepare a comfortable, structured experience for your party.
Group tastings are hosted outdoors beside our South Clos vineyard, where you’ll be seated at picnic tables under the tent, surrounded by the vines.
This setting allows your group to enjoy the wines together in a relaxed, private atmosphere, while still being guided through a curated tasting by our team.
It’s a great option if you’re celebrating, visiting with friends, or simply want a more spacious and social experience.

Art of Charcuterie at Closson Chase
Join us at Closson Chase for an afternoon of creativity, wine, and beautifully crafted bites set against the backdrop of our South Clos vineyard.
Our Art of Charcuterie Experience is hosted in collaboration with Susan McGuire of Bark Woodshop, our neighbour here on Closson Road, bringing her expertise in charcuterie styling to the winery.
You’ll learn the art of composition and flavour while creating your own board using locally sourced ingredients, all paired with Closson Chase wines in a relaxed, vineyard setting.
As part of the experience, you’ll design your board on a handcrafted Bark Woodshop piece, which is yours to take home and enjoy long after the day is done.

from the iconic purple barn. Upstairs is a private, window-filled space
featuring a statement wood-burning fireplace and polished concrete
floors. Rustic harvest tables and oak barrels can be arranged for long
