Aromas of wild florals, tart cranberry, poached pear, cracked pepper, cedar bark, and blood orange pith rise from the glass with an earthy intensity. The palate is full and slightly creamy, striking a confident balance between vibrant fruit and bright acidity. A cleansing lift on the finish reveals a streak of wet stone minerality that lingers with freshness and finesse.

Sourced entirely from K. J. Watson Vineyards in the Niagara River sub-appellation. 67% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay. Pinot Noir has been whole cluster cold soaked for two days, then destemmed and pressed. Chardonnay has been whole berry pressed. Fermented in 100% stainless steel for 14+ days at 16 C. No malolactic fermentation.
