Fresh peach and cream notes rise from the glass, layered with hints of toasty spice and warmth. Juicy orchard fruit carries through on the palate, balanced by bright County acidity that keeps the wine focused and lively. The finish is long and textured, with a touch of salinity and the graceful balance that defines our South Clos Vineyard.
Sourced entirely from our South Clos Vineyard. Whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in 500L French oak barrels for 16 months, 20% new wood—full malolactic fermentation in barrel.
