• 2024 K.J. Watson Rosé
  Bright, floral, and expressive. This is our patio favourite — now available in extremely limited quantity as part of our holiday library allocation. Notes of cranberry, spice, pear, cedar, and blood orange lead into a lightly creamy palate balanced by fresh acidity and a clean, wet-stone finish.

• Mosaic — Exclusive Pre-Release
  A first glimpse at our newest sparkling. Crafted from 75% K.J. Watson Vineyard fruit (2023) and 25% perpetual cuvée, fermented cool in stainless steel and aged 30 days on lees. Tree fruits, wet stone, and subtle bready tones meet a creamy mousse and bright, polished acidity. Limited, early access — only in this holiday pack.

• 2022 Churchside Chardonnay
  A layered, elegant Chardonnay showing ripe orchard fruit, florals, candied citrus peel, and flinty PEC limestone. Dense and balanced on the palate, framed by County acidity and a long, persistent finish. A beautiful cool-climate expression with 5–7 years of cellaring potential.

• 2023 Churchside Pinot Noir
  Ripe red fruits, cola, roasted coffee, and signature Churchside spice. Full and rounded with vibrant fruit, soft florals, and fine-grained tannins that carry into a long, evolving finish.
