Soft stone fruit, ripe melon, earth tones, and flint greet you in the glass. Mouth is plush with ripe stone fruit on the palate and hints of citrus pith. Distinctive County acidity provides a beautiful balance to the rich fruit. Finish is round and full with nice persistence.
Sourced entirely from our estate Ridge Vineyard. Destemmed, pressed, then cold fermented in 100% stainless steel for 10 days at 14 C. No malolactic fermentation.
Serve with seared halibut in a lemon caper butter sauce, golden beet salad with goat cheese, or baked Brie with almonds.
