Melon, baked apple and spices burst on the nose. Wildflowers and bees wax lead to nectarine and peach, followed by hot buttered bread. The mouth is full and round with great balancing acidity to all that luscious fruit. Finish is complex and endless with bursts of fruit, spice, nuts and homemade toffee.
