The glass opens with notes of florals, strawberry compote, and mushrooms. Dried petals and spices, and cranberry, round out the nose. The mouth is full and slightly creamy from lees contact, showcasing a beautiful balance between the fruit and acids. That great acidity cleanses the palate as herbs and fresh red fruit charm our senses. The finish is fruity, floral and slightly earthy.
